Custom cut and polish the edge of the lens. Then apply an anti-reflection coating and an anti-scratch coating. Our frames also come standard with high-impact polycarbonate lenses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
By processing with a CNC machine, it is possible to accurately grind to the correct shape.
